Zero Tolerance Policy


At Centrepoint Surgery, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. This Zero Tolerance Policy outlines our approach towards maintaining this commitment by strictly prohibiting certain behaviours


Prohibited Behaviours


Violence and Threats: Any form of violence or threat of violence, whether verbal or physical, is unacceptable.

Abusive Language: The use of offensive, derogatory, or abusive language.

Discrimination: Discrimination of any kind, based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability

Theft or Vandalism Engaging in theft, vandalism, or intentional damage to our facilities

Drug and alcohol abuse: The use or influence or illegal drugs or excessive alcohol within the centre's premises


If you decide to engage in these unacceptable behaviours above during a consultation or within the centre's premises, if you choose to be abusive towards our staff or other patients, the police will be immediately called. You will also be removed from our practice list and you will be asked to seek other healthcare services.


Booking Policy


Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone or in person. Please do not request for services or appointments via email.

Advance Notice: If your appointment involves paperwork, forms, or any procedures that may require additional time, please inform us at the time of booking. This includes but is not limited to insurance paperwork, surgical procedures, or specialised medical procedures.
