Who is at risk?
People at higher risk of skin cancer are people with:
- Pale or freckled skin that burns easily
- Family or personal history of skin cancer
- Use of solariums and other tanning equipment
- Occupations that involve outdoor activities
- Many moles, and moles that have irregular shape and uneven colour
- Weakened immune systems - using immunosuppressive medicines or have immunosuppressive disease

- Bulk billed skin check only for specific lesions with no further costs
- Please be aware that a full skin check will INCUR A FEE
- A full skin check means an examination of the skin of the whole body
- Bulk billed biopsies and excisions of skin cancers with no further costs
- We do not bulk bill excisions for COSMETIC PURPOSES
